Once your payment has cleared, the design will be started. You will receive a rough draft within 72 hours by
email...sometimes longer, dependent on work flow, complexity of the design, or season...please ask.
When you receive your proof, change requests will be accepted if necessary. A new proof, with changes
will be emailed to you again. Please check your email often to expedite your final proof.
Once I receive you proof approval, the design will be sent out for printing.
Absolutely no change requests or refunds will be given at this point.
I will gladly reimburse a
FULL REFUND
if you are not happy with your proof, or before the print process has begun.
